Mobile XP 2500 or XP 2500?

I debating whether to get a mobile xp 2500 or a xp 2500. I need some help choosing. I heard the mobiles come unlocked which then I can manipulate the multiplier. But I need to know for certain that they actually come unlocked. I'll be purchasing it from new egg. On the other hand I read some reviews on the XP 2500 and they were pretty good. I don't know which one to get. Need some help. I already have an Abit NF-7S.

ok the all the mobiles are unlocked , the Athlon XP's are now locked older ones are unloacked but good luck finding one for a decent price

the mobiles are clocking to 2.6 to 2.7Ghz+ on air, so id pick the mobile
