PIII 1Ghz@1125Mhz temps?

Should there be a big difference in temperature from o/c from 1Ghz to 1.13Ghz? I may get about 1-2 degrees more then before so i have nothing to complain about but i just wanna know if its normal. I didnt give it more voltage (1.78) and it seems to be quite stable (benchmarks, etc...)

Well, probably you have a good cooler (what do you have? isn't specified) and a good airflow into the case :-)

I'm pretty sure its normal as mine does not even get that hot with 2.10 CV I'm running at and around 30C full load running Seti 24\7 but ive done every cooling trick known to a overclocker with a air cooled rig.
