system temp 8'C higher than cpu temp!!!

my cpu is running at 25 to 40'C degress max
and my system temp is somehow amazingly 5 to 8 'C degress higher than my cpu temp
and i am experiecing instabilities recently
so wots causing this???

Well, probably you need of a Heat sink on the north bridge and some case fans to cool your case.
Note: you must pull into the case the same air that you pull out.
