I move to often to say for sure :)
Just bought 2 256mb sticks of pc133 2-2-2...
I was told it is Infineon, and the memory chips read:

mT TG 48LC16M8A3 -7E

I thought infineon ram said "infineon" on the chips.

Also, doesn't the "16m8" part mean it's 128mb, and the "a3" mean CAS3?

Thanks for the help...hope I didn't get taken! :)
 
I don't know about the rest of the markings, but the "mT" is "Micron Technologies"
 
Well its rated at 7ns which is 142FSB. Did you test it out to see what speeds it would hit?

16m8 is the configuration of the RAM. I do not remember the order. Its either 16, 8mb chips or 8, 16mb chips. If you look at it, its pretty easy to figure out. Single sided or double sided give that away.
