questions of a newbie on RAM

hi every1

as i said earlier in my thread i'm new here

i posted my thread in the wrong section, but now i think i'm @ the correct place!

so here's the deal:

i live in Hungary and i've never heard or read anything about the kind of RAMs whic u guys are using (?mushkin?, etc.)
i have a Samsung RAM. i think it's good. (right now i can't afford Kingston or Corsair )

what do u know about these???
are they good or bad???

here are some more details: 512 MB PC2700 CL 2.5
my other problem is that i'm buying a new CPU right now and i'm just wondering if i will be able to o/c with my current RAM or should i buy something more "powerful"?!!!

as i'm reading through the ocforums i find that i'm way behind others (on reading)
maybe i ask stupid questions or question that were answered long ago
