Hi dudes,

2 questions please, thx to answer.

I get some Kingston hyper X PC3500 dual channel
2x256 (2.3.3.7 1T)

1/ I would like to know if i put timing like 2.2.2.7 1T there is some risk to ****ed the ram ? May i have to put de V at 2.7 instead 2.6V

2/ I know that on n-force 2 it's better to synchronize the memory
with the CPU fsb, my cpu fsb is 166mhz so it is better to put the mem at 333mhz or 433mhz as the memory can do ?

Thx m8

2.2.2.7 wont screw up your ram... it will either work (stable) or it wont. and upping the vdimm is always an option, u can give those sticks 2.8v safely. only thing is, from what i have seen with my sticks, running the mem at tighter specs will hardly give any performance boosts u r going to notice.

always try and run your rig at 1:1... so if u r going to leave your chip at stock speeds run your ram at 166 also. and if u do that (1:1 @ 166) that ram will easily run 2-2-2-5 on stock volts.
