Hello Guys,
I am currently employed with a manufacturing representation firm which has customers & contacts all over the southwest (California/Nevada/Utah/Colorado/New Mexico/etc). My company is currently looking for a CRM program to utilize for our extensive contact database & customer information. Right now we are using microsoft outlook exchange 2003 as well as the default outlook contacts folder. We have already tried to contract out to private organizations to "create" one for us tailored to our specific needs with unsucceful results. We have received a microsoft package which included the new Microsoft 2003 CRM software, my question is, does anyone have any experience using this platform, or any useful information regarding CRM software?
