Should I lap my waterblock?

The EXOS cooling chips are already pretty smooth. I was just wondering if I should still lap it for the best performance? There are just small imperfections on it.

Most it can do is 2-3 degree diff right?

Kinda seems you answer your own questions. If ya feel like taking it apart and lapping then do so.
