This memory stick was bought from www.dvcentury.com. It didn't work on any of the 3 tested machines (couldn't run memtest cuz it didn't even post). Until I've tested this thing on RamCheck by Innovations that's on my job and it told me that this chips wasn't just defective.. it was also not the one I've ordered (DDR266 instead of DDR333). But since this ramStick had Mac written on it.. could it be so that it is made for Macs and therefore doesn't work on PC's?

alot of underhanded companies buy ram from overseas (china) with chips that are partially defective these companies rework the good part onto the pcb put a blankon with any name and presto it looks like a brand name. and what it really is is a piece of junk
