I was curious. Does it matter whether you use 6/6 5/5 or 3/3 if you are still getting 400fbs on your memory with all 3 of the setting?

Not for your board. They all equate to 1:1. Now, if you were using something like a KT333 board, running 5:5 may induce your board to use a 1/5 divisor whereas 4:4 would only get a 1/4 divisor.
