Help me decide, which RAM

I want to upgrade to 1 GB of memory. I'm currently running 256 MB, my other Geil stick died. Anyways, I've narrowed my choices down to these two. My criteria is that they have to be able to run in dual channel mode and at least 210 FSB with timings of at least 2-3-3-11. Which one of these two do you guys recommend? I only have $200 to spend. ^^ If you can afford to spend a wee bit more you can get the good stuff. This ^^ takes my to 225mhz without any problems.

Oh man, now you're tempting me. I started out with a $175 budget for the RAM. But I looked around and said if I could spend a wee bit more, I could get some decent dual channel PC3200. Now I'm going to have to look at $50 over my original budget if I go with the PC3500. Let me do some more negotiating with my wallet. But with my original two choices, which one do you think?
