OEM or factory retail

Is it worth the extra 20 bucks for the factory warranty that I will be voiding after a week anyway? I suppose there is know way o tell if I've OCed (or is there) the chip so maybe the 3yr warranty would be nice.

If you've had any bad luck with the OEM quality or return policies I want to hear it. Don't try to scare me just give me the facts.

Whenever I oc I always check that I am willing to replace the chip, or anything that might fry. I don't really feel the need for a warranty as a safety net, though seeing as how I'm a povvy student with no money that's probably a bit stupid. By all means, go with the warranty if it makes you feel better. Just remember that if you use anything permanent to cross the L1 bridges they'll be able to tell :)
