anyone know what it means?

I don't believe it's specific, it just means that on that pass, one of your ic's on your stick was being pushed too hard, and didn't answer the pass correctly

ease your timings

im currently at 2-3-2-6 (cas-ras2cas-rasprecharge-tras)
what should i change? i dont know in timings...

If ur overclocking, either raise ur vdimm alittle to 2.7v to 3.0v first then if that don't work, play with the timings considering that all chips r different.I would start with 3-3-3-6 then work my way down. If all that fails, lower ur fsb.
