Step me through a BIOS flash?

I know I've done it before with my P4PE board and Win2kPro, but this board (P4P800-dlx) is being quite a pain.

Thanks for any help.

Also, I cannot boot from a floppy, so how can I flash BIOS using my Win CD?

Again, please be specific and detailed. This board and my confidence are waining

Your best bet would pro'lly be to flash within Windows using AsusUpdate. I've used it several times before, and it's always worked well.
