Just overclocked my daughters PII300 using the B21 technique. Now runs at a stable 450, BUT...It will not except the previous RAM of 66mhz, wont even try, just says no at POST. Is there any cure for this besides buying another stick of PC100? At that cost I could purchase a Slot 450 processor on pricewatch. Another question-more or less a poll- what is better 150mhz or 64MB of RAM? I can keep the 450 setting and lose the 150 gain or lose the 64MB of PC66.

I'd say, with that old of equipment that will sooner than later be retired, don't sink any more money into it if it can be avoided.

Also, finding a friend or tweaker like me with extra old PC100 RAM they are looking to give away would probably be your best option... sometimes even eBay has some very cheap chips for sale.
