Good system...bad benchmarks?

Hey, umm I have a

Mobile barton 2500+@216x12.5=2.7ghz
NF7-S v2
9800pro 128mb
Mushkin 1gig pc-3500 lvl2 5-2-2-2
Antec truepower 400W psu

I recieve a 15000 on my 3dmark01se with the system overclocked to 2.7ghz ...I was on another form and they said this was really bad for my specs.. what's up? I can up my core on the videocard only 5mhz and I get 19000! but shouldn't it be relativly higher w/o OCing the video card?

might want to check if fastwrite is on or if ur on 8x or 4x and test both. if ur using rage3d make sure the settings are on ati defaults.

8x and fast write have been on. You wanted me to turn them on, I presume. I'm using rivatuner..didnt like rage3d interface. I used ATItool to find my max then recorded and OCed w/ rivatuner.

try turn to 4x and fastwrite off. see what happens. if anything just bump the core up the 5 mhz. u should ask the videocard section though.
