I see everyone list there ram like 2.2.2.7 and so on how do I tell the teming my ram is running at?

ok kewl got it and so I understand this in the memory tab right down in timings right... if im reading this correct. My ram is running at 200mhz 2.5-3-2-7 is that any good? its pc 3200 just generic value ram. wonder what I can get outa this?
