since its pc3200 (200 mhz) memory i would at least run the memory that fast. otherwise u could probably have saved yourself some money and bought some pc2700. in fact keep lowering your multiplier and upping ur fsb till u hit ur max, that way u increase ur memory bandwidth and get ur money's worth.
I've got my Geil ram running 2-2-2-11 at 200 mhz with 2.8 vdimm (see sig). i'm sure you can tighten the timings a bit. i can't get mine to OC much past 200 though, no matter what i do. gettin some 2x256 Mushkin lvl 2 pc3500 from someone soon though $170
2-2-2 is faster than 2-3-3 and nforce2 boards like 11 for the tRas for some reason. gets a little bit better memory bandwidth. one of the stickies has an explanation for it. mine is in dual channel, and i can't get it past 210 mhz stable. but i may have just gotten some average sticks. that's 210 with relaxed timings too. i think i set it to 2.5-4-4-8 to try to OC it. didn't work too well and my computer won't even boot with more than 2.9v runnin through this ram.
i was able to take mine at 217fsb (pc3200) before... geil needs a lot of juice, that's y its better if u do vdimm mod... i can do higher with my current rig (see below) but heat is holding me back
