Making an XP Disc w/ Patches and SP's already on it...?

I know you could do it, and i don't know exactly what i'd look for on google, as it's a complicatedly worded thing. So, can someone point me in the right direction as to directions to doing this? To clarify, i want to make a windows XP disc that installs with all the patches already in it, so that i don't have to windows update it all.

I have a burner and my Windows XP CD.
