What do you mean guaranted cpu? As in like a 3 year warenty or like as in guarented to hit at least this many mhz? If you mean 3 year warenty, then just buy an retail processor, if you mean mhz then check out some overclocking stores. They will charge you more for them though, you might just want to by a AYHJAR or a AXIA becuase there great overclockers.
