OK, I've been looking around for some time now, trying to decide on the best combination for an AMD system. But I just can't decide, so maybe someone here can help me. I am getting a TBird 1.3 or 1.4 and either 256 or 512 DDR. What is the best motherboard? I've heard Epox 8k7a+, I've heard Asus A7A266 and A7M266, I've heard I should wait for the ABit KG7-RAID. I want to do some overclocking, and I don't want to have to solder on any parts to do it (heard this is sometimes necessary with the Asus mobos). Which way should I go? And how should I cool it? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me decide.

I'm going to get an Epox...and I have the ASUS. Definately the Epox.
To cool I'd go with a Glaciator. Nice performance/noise/price for it. :)

Thanks for the advice. Now, about cooling... I'm willing to fork over the money for something nice, BUT... is the Swiftech MC462 worth it? Cuz that's the way I've been told to go.

Check out this review (http://www.overclockers.com/tips519/), it compares the top three hsf's at the moment (Glaciator, SK6 and MC462).
