i can't believe i'm asking such a stupid question.... in the description for CPU's i sometimes see OEM. I know what OEM is but does this mean that u can't overclock the chips or that they are just used? Thanks in advance for answer my stupid question

good cuz i found a t-bird 1.33ghz(266) for 120 at a computer store near me. This is also good because i can look of a good code on the cpu.:D :)
