Will level 1 rated at 2-3-3-6 actually do 2-2-2-5 with some more voltage?? I have up to 2.8V on my mobo (with modified bios, lol) Anyone tried this??

No, it won't. The Mushkin PC3200/PC3500 Level 1 all use CH-5 chip, which can not do 2-2-2 @ even 400mhz, let alone 433mhz. In particular, it can't do tRCD (RAS to CAS Delay) at 2. You should be able to do 2-3-2-x (With the 3 being tRCD) with a bit more voltage at both 400 and 433mhz, and maybe higher. 2.8v isn't very much, but should probably be enough for PC3500 speeds @ 2-3-2.
