Are the value dual channel kits any good? Really only looking for a mild OC so I don't need the best in speed but I do want good ram.

Suggestion:

Buy Mushkin's Level 1 Dual pack.

CH5 is no longer in production (apparently). I would buy what you can, CH5 will become extremely rare very soon. Now is not the time to cheap out on RAM IMHO.
