I saw someone on 2cpu who had 2600+ mobiles at 2763mhz, and a couple of others running mobiles at 2500-2600 mhz. Most hover around 2400mhz.

does the K7d Master or the A7M266-D for that matter, have access to higher multipliers? I was thinking of getting 2 2500s and pin modding them to 20x133 with 1.85v and running them in my asus board.

No duiallie board doers in the bios, and as far as I know, only the K7d has multiplyer adjustment at all in the bios (up to 12.5).

So using mobiles in SMP automatically requires a socket/pin mod, unless you can be happy with a very low multiplyer.

YUP 12.5 is the limit in the K7dMaster so after the L5 mod you have a max of 150x12.5

Also i want to know the fastest settings for the Bios, I have 3200 basic mushkin (on sale, i know i can't use its potential) as well as the other settings too. I have the newest bios
I searched everywhere, found a link to one site explaining everything, but not specifically for the K7d thaks

In my experience, the best memory settings for the K7D are:

16,16,6,2,2,2,3

You can try more aggressive settings, like 16,16,5,2,2,2,2, but they won't actually yield any noticable performance improvement. They will often cause instability, keep the system from booting, or create problems at high FSB's.
