Ok, ive got a friend of mines computer. He said that he was listening to songs on Itunes and went to change songs. It started to lock up and then the screen died. He turned it off and back on and it just sat there at a black screen (no beeps). I put in a brand new motherboard and power supply. Still does the same thing. Everything is connected right and ive even tried different video cards. It is still sitting there at a black screen with no beep codes telling me whats up. My only solution might be the processor (Athalon 2500+) but it doesnt make sence because without a processor you will still get POST. If anyone has any pointers or suggestions it would really help. BTW ive tried different monitors and it didnt do anything.

Could be dead RAM or CPU. You don't always get a POST without a CPU, in most cases you don't.

You're in the USA, right? Claim that iTunes wrecked your machine and make Apple give you a new computer.

Or just try and sue them, as the loss of you computer drove you mad with grief. You were unable to attend school and lost your 1,000 page thesis paper and thus will never be able to graduate or get a good job.

Tack on anything else, some kind of story about how you were abused and had to rise through adversity to get where you are in life.
