is kingmax better than apacer?

i know that kingmax dont have any cas 2 in their inventory as yet,does it handle cas2 though [ im particular to pc150] and what about the apacer as ive heard its not too bad...anybody know much about it?

Apacer makes some very good ram. If its cas2 pc133 I would chose it over the Kingmax. I had a cas3 stick of Apacer pc133 and a stick of cas3 kingmax pc150 and they overclocked about the same. Both sticks would run 143 222 timing. I never tried any higher with just the Apacer but it seemed like good stuff. I was very impressed with the quality and speed.
