Heres the deal. I get home yesterday and the wife claims theres something wrong with the computer. I turn it on, and nothing really happens. The fans spin, the hard drive sounds like its spinning, but no POST. I hold the insert key to clear CMOS as I power it on, and everything seems to work ok. This morning it froze in the middle of something, so I tried to restart it. Just like last night, nothing. Fans spin and everything, but no POST. I do the insert key thing, but it took about 6 power on power off tries before it would boot. I plugged in a headset and was getting a "CPU failed due to system overclocking" voice messsage. The thing that bugs is that the CPU is a 2.4C and has been at 2.5Ghz for the last 2 months. When I got it to wrk last, I set it to stock speed. Why would it be failing due to an overclock when its running at stock speeds? Could this be a symptom of SNDS? Any help would appreciated, thanks!
