How do I post cpu-z?

How do I save the cpu-z picture and then post it on the overclockers forum. I believe that if you are going to brag about a great O/C, you need to prove it with a picture of your result with cpu-z.

With CPU-Z as the active window, press alt and PrtScr which should be across from the F12 key, then open Paint from the Start/All Programs/accessories/Paint. With paint as the active window hit Ctl and v then save as a .jpg as they would be smaller with good quality. Then upload to a source that you host it from and post it.
