Overclocking Celeron

Hello i am really new at overclocking. My friend has a 425 mhz celeron. He uses pc 100 ram and i want to know how to overclock. Can someone give me a tutorial. All i know is that your can only over clock intel chip by increasing bus speed but i dont know how to do this.

its usualy done in the bios
but isnt 425 not a stock speed?

Because I tought 32DDRs were 183 stock ?

no its a standard 32ddr
they are 150 stock
