i got a question for ya
if my KATAMI PIII posts and loads windows in some higher FSBS but is unstable
does that mean it can become stable?

Sure is alot I dont know about.
If I find a good question I try to find the answer.
Unfortunatly your question is one that cant be answered as yes or no only maybe.
A good motherboard, memory and cooling are all important to getting a stable overclock.
Sometimes raising the cpu voltage (vcore) can help alot but it can also be dangerous if you go to high or your cooling can not keep up.
Sometimes no matter what you do it just wont help as the cpu itself just wont run at that speed.

my mobo doesnt give me the option to find the CPU Voltage
it automatically does it for me, same with the PCI divider
so i never mess with cvolts

Guess your stuck where you are now unless you start putting money into it.
Probably better off just saving up for a faster system.
