Can you tighten the clocks any? Those are pretty loose, and you're underclocking the memory a little. Can you run 2.5-3-2-7? Can try upping the memory voltage by .1 volts.

What memory is this?

Do you have DC (Dual Channel)..on a p4c800 you should...try putting it in dual channel then yeah do as he said try a little bit of tightenin your timmings and if no go up your Vdimm and try again and if No go there you are fine where you are at...
