what you may want to do is check your airflow, what i would suggest doing is getting two 40cfm+ fans(80mm) mount one in the front and one in the back( make sure they are the same so the pressure stays neutral) then cut a hole in the side of the case and and make another fan blow onto the cpu.....

if you have got a free slot next to your cpu (above the agp), try using a system blower to blow air over the cpu.

wow i didnt know stacking fans on each other would make a difference well i have 4 grill holes in the thing so it might be enough when i get 2 more fans and where can i get a dremel to put a hole in the side of my case and is a windtunnel a good idea to feed air straight to the cpu from the side of the case and i ahev never put holes in a case before cause i akways have had sufficient cooling.
If you want to test how well the hole in the side of the case works then make a temporary door out of cardboard and mod that. If when you're finished you find that it didn't help then you still have the metal door intact. It helped me when I tested my ducting.
If you don't want to cut holes, just take the sidecover off of the computer. If you want super-cooling, stick a deskfan blowing into the opening. Should work well enough for the summer. Beware of cats, kids and dust bunnies though....
