Alright.. heres the deal. I just upgraded to a 9800 pro from a ti4200. A While back with my ti4200 oc/d pretty heavily.. I was hitting 13000 in 3dmark01 which was pretty decent. Then, the other day I benchmarked it at only 9000... Very odd. Anyways, the problem is that Im getting only 16000 in 3dmark01 with my new 9800 pro.. which sucks considering that my other card was at 13000. Same thing with 3dmark 03.. I got like 5600 something.. nothin special at all. Any ideas whats up let me know... heres my setup
ASUS p4c800e motherboard
Intel 2.4c@3.0ghz
2x512 MB corsair pc3200 in Dual channel
Sapphire 9800 pro (390/700)
Edit: Also.. the difference in score was in between a few reformats here or there..

So you've reformatted between the nVidia cards and the ATI card?
Also, most people list their clocks in the core/mem format with no doulbing of the mem clock.

make sure aa and af are on application preference
I'm having the same problem with my card, hitting 16,500~ in 2001 with clock speeds in my sig...

make sure u have got all the slider bars to the left for performance
I'm pretty sure 3dmark01 tests the whole computer, where as 3dmark03 tests just the videocard. If the rest of your system is still the same than your 3dmark01 scores aren't gonna jump that much. If it'll make your feel better, ignore your scores and play the games you used to play on your ti4200, you'll notice a difference.
Your scores actualy seem pretty average.

3dMark03 tests your CPU and sound too... not "just your video card." ;)

rad and I have clocked our 9800XT at 500+ core and 411mem to get a 03 score of 7598 and over 21000 on the 01. This is with the amd barton at under 2500mhz! Check your mem settings and tighten them up. our ocz 3500 el is timed at 2-2-2-2! (3.68v) and our board is set at 2.08v to the proc.
