anybody running hynix d5 chips?

i was just wondering if anyone has a set of the stuff. probably be on the corsair or ocz pc4400. if so how is it running?

Why would they put 5NS ram on a high speed part when they could put 4.3NS ram?

the d5 is actually meant as the speed of the chips D= ddr 5=500. i thought the same thing about d43 till i checked hynix's spec chart.
d=ddr, 4=400 3 =cas
