locked mobile bartons

ok so i am considering building a cheap comp and i was wondering if the mobile bartons are going to be locked soon. i know how the multi changes for powernow but i wonder if amd will do what it did with the mobile 64's by allowing only lower multi's for their powernow.

what do u mean they're not going to be unlocked i thought the mobile bartons are unlocked i was asking if they were going to be locked soon

All mobile Bartons are multiplier unlocked.
