Browser Home page stuck

Hello I know there is a post on this kinda my sons computer IE6 home page is www.popnav.com I have run spybot and it found nothing also I can't reset the Internet options (in contro panel) or in the browser also I cant even access the internet options from the IE6 while surfing the internet so how do I fix the homepage first.

1. How do I get rid of the www.popnav.com as my home page?
2. How do I enable the internet options access from IE6
