I Have One of these cards and i can say i am less than impressed with the overclocking performance
i have a PCI speed of 37 i believe, the NIC can download data nicely, but when it wants to send mass quanitites of data (MP3s to my server) it resets itself, in the wintaskbar it said:
Packets Sent: XXX,XXX
Packets Recieved: 555,555
after the upload
Packets Sent: 2
Packets Recieved: 555,557

anyway to fix this send problem?

Have you checked to make sure you have all the uptodate drivers?

I'v got the same nic and it's one of the many things holding my system back. All I can say is get a different NIC. There cheep enough. Or you can always smack it with a rubber chicken. :)

I have 11 of these cards in a network and am having no problems. Set up great and run flawless.

There are a ton of diff variations of this card. (models)

Have you checked their site for a FAQ section?

I had one of those, when i'd go just a teeny bit out of pci spec, it would slow down or crash. I switched it with some generic realtek 8029(as) and i can go to 37mhz pci without incident.
