Find fiolder/file sizes?

I was wondering if there is a way to get an output of the size of folders and files. I think I have lost some space somehow and want to see what is taking up the room.

right click on the folder and go to properties and it will tell you the total size of the folder.

I'm looking for an output for all the folders on the computer so I can see what is hogging the space, like a list of some sort.
