Memory Choices? Help please.

I have:

Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe nForce2
with a
AMD Athlon "Barton" XP3200+ 400FSB

What would be the best RAM to use?
(preferably 1GB, TwinX or similar....)

Also, what would be the optimal timings for that RAM?

Edit: are those corsair xms4000 really a waste of time? and should I stick with the good ole PC3200LL?

pc 3200LL would be perferred more thne the pc4000...ive heard about those 4000 stick and yes they are a waste of time...you can alwayz get some pc3200 muchskin 222 special sticks also
