Asus Geforce DDR question

Hello to all, planmning on upgrading my current system to MSI Kt266 ddr board or Epox 8KHA mobo w a T Bird 1.2 pc266 with 2x 256 Crucial ddr pc2100 ram.

I am wondering if my current video card geforce DDR will become the new bottleneck in system. What is a reasonable setting I can increase the video card to with the stock fan on it??

Well with a system like that, yes, the video card will become the bottleneck. Not by a bunch, but yes it will definately be the bottleneck. With stock HSF I would expect another maybe 10-15MHz that you could overclock it.

Maybe better to say "it will hold your video performance back." The card you have is good, none-the-less... but for newer games at higher resolutions, your cpu/motherboard is not going to be the component limitting your FPS.
