Hi Guys,

I know this question has probably popped up a couple of times but I have got to ask....:p

I've got a pair of Kingston HyperX PC3500 modules and the big question is of course, does it have BH-5 chips? The label says:

KHX3500/512
9905200-011.A00 1212890-2.5V ASSY in USA

I know that early versions of the PC3200 were shipped with BH-5 chips and that they didn't have an "A" marking (i.e. KHX3200A). I've got these chips for about a year now so i'm wondering wheter i'm one of the lucky few. I'm not all to happy about removing the heatspreaders so can you guys point me in the right direction?

Thanks

most 3500er arent bh-5,easiest way to test it,use tight timings 2-2-2-x use a high fsb ~220 and see if it runs stable with 2,8-2,9 volt...if it wont run on 200 fsb,its not bh-5
