I'm having problems using two operating systems.
I created a small partition on the 'beginning' of my hard drive and installed win2k (I use XP for everyday use). Used 2k for benching (fantastic btw ). When I tried booting up XP it won't load, I had to repair/rescue it. After that I had to reinstall a lot of drivers and stuff, and then 2k lost all performance. About 3k in 3d01. I deleted the partition, but I wanna bench again.
How do you dual boot without one OS getting FUBAR?
Thnx
Dan

You can't use Windows Setup wizard to create a dual boot with 200o and xp unless 2000 is installed in a FAT32 partition. This is because the wiz will upgrade 2000's NTFS partition to xp's NTFS partition, which is not compatible to 2000. You can use Patition Magic, etc to set up a dual boot though.
