It will probably be okay, but that's close to borderline. I'd suggest going a little higher 16A isn't too strong on the +12v rail. 18A would be a little better.
Maybe this one instead.. link (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-104-962&depa=0)

On my system (see sig) my FSP350-60BN (does 450 watts instead of the 410 the -60PN does) is borderline so I'd also reccomend a better PSU (like the 400 Fortron)

A little confused...how come the 400 watt Fortron don't say P4 ready?

According to this review (http://www.amdreview.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Diner_Wrapper&file=index&req=ShowFile&file_wrap=html/reviews_psshootout_3.html) it does have the square 12v connector which does make it "P4 Ready". I'm guessing that it's becomming such a common feature they've just stopped calling them "P4 Ready".

That PSU is excellent. I highly recommend the Fortron FSP-300 and FSP-350.
I have four AMD duallies (which use far more power than any single CPU rig) that run on FSP-300's. I run my Primary File Server, at work, (an AMD dually) with a FSP-350.
Here's my experience with them, and some tips on making them quieter. (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=2347180#post2347180)
Thanks cmcquistion...I really do think a great , well made 350 watter would have been good enough...and I am sure it is infinitely better than the crappy one that came with my Aspire case...I have just ordered the Fortron 350!;)
Installed it last night...before I installed I checked voltages(of old crappy PSU) with Aida32... +12V read 11.5:eek:
New one is reading a steady 12.22V:D
Question...I have been working with electronics for 30 years...why do they call them 12 volt rail and 5 volt rail etc. Why not 12 volt line and 5 volt line...what is the significance of the term rail ?
