Corsair TwinX 4000 Voltage

I was just wondering what the defualt and the maximum voltage these modules can take.

I run mine using 2.75V with 3-4-4-8 timings @ 250 fsb

I can run tighter timings (2.5-4-3-6) using 2.85V

Is it safe to run 2.85V ?

ive been running it for some time with no problems

sure, thats fine. if the corsair uses the newer bt-d43 chips ive found that they really dont run very stable past 2.9v
