Getting at 1.4GHz with a 1.2 T Bird is good, infact very good. It all depends on the chip, Ive seen some 1.2s go to 1.6, and Ive seen other that can barely go over 1.2.

If I were you I would consider yourself lucky:)

Do not be troubled my child. I have two TB 1.2 Ghz (both AXIA). One can go 1.52 Ghz quite stable at 1.85 volt. The other will only reach 1305 (145x9). It simply will not run stable at 1333 no matter how much juice I pour into it. So there you go, no two chips are created equal. Be happy with your 1.4 Ghz and go kick some ass.
