can you figure this out?

1. programs are running
2. taskbar ISN'T locked, moving it doesn't help
3. have to restart to fix it
4. this is xp pro
5. no adaware, spyware, or viruses

have at it

is that...flesh? is that your background showing through? if not, something is seriously messed up...looks almost like a popup of sorts...but not. check your msconfig for what loading, maybe a retard program (rogue) puts blank icons in your tray?

also try disabeling the...i forgot the name, nevermind...
