I know this is probally a dumb question...
I want to fill a water system. What I have is the Danger Den Maze2 block, the 4x4x4in resovoir/pump like Joe did, and an aquastealth radiator... How do I fill this so there is no air in the line?
Thanks!
Is it an inline pump or submergible pump?
On my inline pump I stick the pump under water and let it run for a while to let all the air out. I also shake the rad, block around to help get all the air out. A lot of people use an extra fill line to fill and help get rid of air in the system. I never have so I'm not sure how to go about it that way.

If you have an inline pump, take a look at the what swiftec does it ...

I did this with three valves I got from Home Depot and it worked great! Just make sure the valves are at the top of the system and the reservoir (milk jug) is higher that the whole setup and it will work fine. Good luck!

I am going to have a submerged pump inside a resovoir. Just like AMDGuy did for his setup.
Thanks!

It shouldŽnt be any prob when using a reservoir! Normally, the waterflow is high enough to take care of the air as well! At least My Maxi-Jet 1200 will bleed all the air out of my system within a minute or two :)
