Where to get chip info?

I removed my hyperx 2700 heatspreaders and found I have Infineon chips marked hyb25d256800b. My google search only shows these in pc2100 chips. Does anyone know of where I can get info/datasheet on these chips?

What's the speed grade given on the chips?

Considering what chips they are, I am having no problems doing 2-2-2-5 @ 185 (gotta change the 5 to 11 on my nforce 2 board) with 2.9 vdimm. -bt5 BTW.
