Well Im not asking what is needed to get a wc kit started. Im asking what all needs to be bought because it cant be made(easily) now if it takes 2 months to fabricate something I dont want to bother but Id like to get some suggestions/comments on what parts can be easily made for that extra 1337ness ;)

Making fans, tubing, pumps and radiators is beyond most of us. :)

And those are most of the important parts...
Depending on your ability and desire, you can make your own water blocks, although most of us buy them.

Radiator shrouds are fairly easy to make effective; a bit harder to make effective AND pretty.

Yeah, good luck making tubing. You can manufacture specialty type manifolds and stuff out of acrylic, but you're still going to be buying parts and whatnot - the parts alone would cost more than just buying a finished hose barb. :)

Your best bet is to manufacture your own blocks. I you wanted to go evaporative cooling, then there's a little more potential to build an evap tower (bong) or one of those multi-tube designs.

You can build your own radiator without too much trouble, but it may take up a lot of space. Do a search using FIND in the tips and tech. section off the main page and look for PASSIVE radiators. There is an article by Petar showing his design. If you can fan cool a setup like his it may work better. If your going for performance/OCing then you better stick with buying one unless your building a tower bong.
